Return & Refund
Please contact customer service at email@example.com for return request detail instruction. Return is acceptable within 30 days after the item is received in following these policies:
A. Buyer is responsible for exchange and return shipping cost, except quality issue such as wrong item, color or size, damaged etc. Please contact customer service if you encounter a quality issue.
B. Return item must be in new condition with original packing; any damaged, smell or conditions that item is unsellable, the return will not be accepted.
C. Shipping cost will not be refunded except for quality issue.
Refund & Exchange
If you don't like an item you purchased, you have the option to return for refund or exchange, please contact customer service for assistance.
Refund will be made within 72 hours after return item is received by our warehouse.
